Terms
These terms cover requests sent through this website and the bookings that follow from them.
What this site does
This site is how you ask about a room. Sending the form, or emailing us, starts a conversation; it does not create a booking and it does not hold a room.
When a booking exists
A booking exists when we have confirmed the room, the dates and the rate to you in writing, and you have accepted those terms. Until then nothing is reserved.
Prices
- Rates are quoted in euro and are for the room, for the nights confirmed.
- The rate, and any tax or local charge that applies, are stated in your confirmation. Nothing is added afterwards without telling you first.
- A rate quoted for one set of dates does not carry over to another.
Payment
How and when you pay is set out in your confirmation. Nothing is charged before you have that confirmation in writing. Card details are never collected through this website.
Cancelling and changing
Cancellation and change terms differ by building and by season, so they are written into your confirmation rather than published here as one policy. If you need to cancel or move a booking, write to us and we apply the terms you were given. Where those terms allow a refund, it is returned by the route you paid with.
What we cannot promise
We cannot guarantee a specific room number, floor or view unless we have confirmed it in writing. We are not responsible for things outside our control — transport strikes, weather, or a building being made unavailable by a public authority — but where something like that happens we will tell you and work out the best available answer, including a refund where the terms allow one.
Complaints
Write to support@nimbusaeropark.co.uk or call 01494 496 1927 with the booking dates and the building. We answer in writing.
Law
The law that applies to your booking, and the courts that hear any dispute, are stated in your booking confirmation. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under the law that applies to you.
