Rooms & suites

Three rooms, one standard

A single room for one, a double for two, a family suite for a longer stay with children. Same three types wherever you land.

For one

Single room

The smallest room we book, and the one we take ourselves when we travel for work. It is a bedroom first: one bed, one chair, a window, and a desk you can put a laptop on.

  • One single bed
  • A chair and a desk by the window
  • Room for one cabin bag
  • Its own bathroom

A double room seen from the doorway

For two

Double room

A bed for two and room for two bags, priced for the room rather than per person. The layout differs from building to building, but the standard does not.

  • One double bed
  • Space for two bags
  • Room to work if you need to
  • Its own bathroom

A family suite with space for children's beds

For families

Family suite

A double bed with space for the children’s beds, so a family stays together in one booking and on one floor. Tell us the ages of the children when you ask.

  • A double bed plus space for children’s beds
  • Booked as one room
  • A cot on request, where the building has one
  • Its own bathroom

The standard

What is the same in every room

Room size, view and furniture change from building to building. These four things do not.

A proper bed

Made up with clean linen before you arrive, in every room type and every building.

Your own bathroom

Not shared. The fittings differ; the bathroom being yours does not.

A window that opens

Or a balcony where the building has one — because a room without air is not a room we would book.

The rate quoted for the room

Not per person, not per bed. What you are told is what the room costs.

Before you ask

What differs, and how we answer

Breakfast

Some buildings serve breakfast and some do not, and where it is served it is confirmed with your rate. We never assume it is included.

Check-in and check-out

The times are set per building and written into your confirmation, rather than published as one policy for all.

Facilities

We do not publish one facilities list, because a lift, a car park or a kitchenette is a fact about a building and not about the group. Ask and you get the answer for yours.

Accessibility

Tell us what you need to reach the room and we will tell you what the building can and cannot do.

Next step

Tell us the room and the dates

Send the city, your dates and how many of you there are. We reply with the room type, the rate in euro and the cancellation terms — before anything is charged.

What we need from you

  • Where — the city, or the airport you land at.
  • When — arrival and departure dates.
  • Who — how many adults, and the ages of any children.
  • What — room type, and whether breakfast matters.
